A new medium

'A happy new medium' is the subject of Challenge 381.
To be honest, I have quite some pens I have not (or hardly) used yet so a great opportunity to do so.
I took fine Sharpies and nice, but hard to draw on even with a Sakura pen, paper and started. Right from the start I knew this was not the best decision ever, but as always I go on what I started.
The good thing is, that I tried and know now that I better use these pens for something else.

The result is below, nothing much, but I did meet the challenge :-)

Thank you for visiting my blog!!

And ... I'm sorry, but I don't do Instagram, so I cannot comment there.

Blessed be!

  1. It turned out very nice. I love the colors. But I know what you mean about using Sharpies. I used the Ultra Fine Sharpie and it might work on a very large piece with paper that is resistant to the bleed through. But it's best for other things. Thanks for your thoughts on using the Sharpie and for continuing on through. After all, it's a learning experience, right?

  2. Bright and bold. A whole new look. :)

  4. It turned out very pretty! Love the colors!

  6. We live and learn, don't we? But I actually think your tile turned out quite well!

  7. You have done a fine job using the sharpies. Love the colours
