Shattuck vs Tripoli

A duotangle this week and Shattuck vs Tripoli are the lucky ones.
For as long as I tangle (2011) I love Shattuck and use it all the time, but I never use Tripoli for the simple reason that I cannot master it.
So yesterday evening I tried again and a miracle happened: I can draw it now!!! So relieved, such a joy :-)

I found the combination of the two tangles a bit hard and my tile became some dull, but after giving it some contrast with blue, white and black I think it's much better.

The next tile I made for a guest in our hospice; I did not get a change to give it to her, so I thought to show it here as a tribute to a very special lady I met.

Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you leave me a comment; I do appreciate that a lot. Work created by fellow tanglers can be seen at 'I am the diva'.

Blessed be!

Finger Stringer

Challenge 359 is a String Theory and we are asked to trace our fingers.

I took a tile of blue paper that is not all even, so a bit harder to tangle on, but I like it a lot. This was a nice and quite relaxing challenge and this is what I did:
