Pas
gisteravond toegekomen aan de Challenge. Kees werd gister geopereerd
aan zijn pols waar hij al tijden vreselijk last had van Carpaal
Tunnel Syndroom. Soms zat hij halve nachten op door de pijn.
Gelukkig
kon deze operatie poliklinisch, dus kon hij meteen weer mee naar
huis. Lastig om nu de komende tijd die hand niet te kunnen gebruiken (want juist als je spastisch bent hebt je twee handen nodig), maar
hopelijk is hij straks helemaal van de pijn af.
De
Challenge dan; een duotangle deze week en een lastige ook. Net als
bij Laura zijn Auraknot en Mooka niet mijn favorieten, gewoon omdat
ik ze niet goed beheers en daarnaast lastig te combineren vind.
Toch
weer een mooie gelegenheid om ze te oefenen en het resultaat valt me
niet eens tegen.
Op
het weblog van Laura 'I am the diva' kun je zien wat mede tanglers
van deze challenge maakten en, als je wilt (en waarom niet?) ook je
eigen tile uploaden.
Dat
je mijn blog bezoekt stel ik erg op prijs en ik hoop dat je een
opmerking achterlaat.
Only
last night I had time for the Challenge. Yesterday Kees was operated
on his wrist where he had horrible pain for a long time having Carpal
Tunnel Syndrome. Sometimes he was up half of the night because of the
pain.
Luckily
this operation could be done outpatient, so he could come home right away when it was done. For some time he will not be able to use this hand
and that’s quite inconvenient (especially when you are spastic you
need both hands) but hopefully he will have no pain anymore in the
near future.
Coming
to the Challenge: a duotangle this week and a difficult one. Like
Laura Auraknot and Mooka are not my favorites, just because I don't
master them and also find them hard to combine with other tangles.
Yet
is was a great opportunity to practice and I think the result is not
too bad.
On

made of this challenge and, if you want (and why not?) upload your
own tile.

You should change your mind and like these two tangles, Annemarie, as they are beautifully done. I really like the background color with the white highlighting. My best to Kees, and hope that everything heals well and quickly.
