Forgotten the J

Alphabet Challenge 40 it is; a big thank you to Diana and Carolien!!!

I enjoyed working on this tile and only after finishing I found out that I had forgotten to use a tangle with a J.

We were to use J, S and W.

I used the following tangles:

Sez by Zentangle
Web by Suzanne McNeil
and
Wud by Margareth Bremner

By following this link you will see what other tanglers did and also how you yourself can participate.

Thanks a lot for visiting my blog, I hope you will take the time to leave a comment (or even more to become a follower) that will help me learn more.
I will try to comment to every one that did sent in an entry!

Five year challenge, let's celebrate!!!

After some week, the challenge is back; great!!
And ..... is celebrating it's fifth anniversary!!! So much work done by Laura in these years and how much fun for us to follow the story of her family!
THANK YOU, LAURA!!!

It's a duotangle challenge this week and we have to use Diva Dance and (L)auraknot to celebrate.
My tile has become much to busy, but this way I want to show the business of five (yes, FIVE) years.

On the web-log of Laura 'I am the diva' you can see what other tanglers made of this challenge and, if you want (and why not?) upload your own tile.

I do appreciate you visiting my blog a lot and I hope you will leave me a comment. I want to thank every one that left me a comment last week. Those comments always brighten my day!

Warme groet,
Annemarie

Start of 2016

So, here I am again; did not join last week just because I did not feel like tangling. That hardly ever happens but now it did.

I wish you all a very Happy New Year and may it be filled with love, light, health, creativity and especially PEACE!!!!

The tile I made for this challenge is not the best ever, maybe because I have a terrible cold since New Years eve and feel really horrible. Since I am lung-patient, having a cold is not a good idea, but it sometimes happens.

For D&C 39 we are to use the letters A, F and M.

I used the following tangles:

Antique by Kathy Barringer
Fang by Celia Norman
Fescu by Zentangle
Florz by Zentangle
and
Msst by Zentangle.

By following this link you will see what other tanglers did and also how you yourself can participate.

Thanks a lot for visiting my blog, I hope you will take the time to leave a comment (or even more to become a follower) that will help me learn more.
I will try to comment to every one that did sent in an entry!

I like Oybay!

I'm a bit late this week, but here is my entry. We had to use the letters T, O
and Q.

I used the following tangles:

Tri-Bee by Beate Winkler
Tropicana by Kate Ahrens
Oybay (a new one that I really like) by Antonine Koval
and
Queens Crown by Suzanne McNeil

My tile came out very static and different from what I 'normally' make, but I think I like it :-) The dark outside 'frame' is done with BeFunky photo editor.

By following this link you will see what other tanglers did and also how you yourself can participate.

Thanks a lot for visiting my blog, I hope you will take the time to leave a comment (or even more to become a follower) that will help me learn more.

A Zentangle gift

For my homeopath

Like in years before, Laura will take the last weeks of this year off from the challenges. Today is the last one for 2015.

'Make a Zentangle gift for someone' she asks us to do. Because that's what I do quite often, I had a hard time thinking of something new and that's why I decided to take the card I made tonight for this challenge. I made it for my homeopath, where I have an appointment tomorrow. This woman is a very important person in my life and with my card I do not only wish her Merry Christmas but also thank her for who she is.

Then also a card I made for someone else. This year I bought most of my cards, but for the 'happy few (?)' I made some myself. Some time ago I bought some star cards and that's what I used.

Laura, thanks for all you word for us in 2015. Now up to 2016!!
Next to Laura I want to thank all people of the Zentangle community. I learn so much from them an often there are such nice contacts. You all enrich my life!!!

Blessed Be!!!
