The first challenge of
2017 is here and I'm pleased that Laura is back.
I hope you all had a
nice December whether you celebrate those days or not. Let's make
2017 a nice and especially peaceful year and try to do that by being
good or at least friendly to our fellow men.
The last part of
December was busy, but surrounded by people I love made that worth
while. My daughter and her husband were staying here and on Boxing
Day we all went to my son's house where he cooked us a fantastic
Persian meal. Never had that before, so I had no idea what to expect,
but is was such a pleasant surprise.
On the 27th my daughter
and her husband had organized a diner, that was still for their
wedding on November 11th, in a very nice restaurant. This was also an
evening to never forget.
On New Years eve Kees
and I were together and we enjoyed that too. I had to work on the 1st
January, so it was good to do it this way.
Now our 'normal' life
is back and that's good too.
This week is of course
a UMT and it is Orbs-la-Dee by Anneke van Dam. I just started
tangling and only because I always finish a tile and put my first
attempt online, I did not put the tile in the bin after drawing the
first row. So I went on and at a point it was not so bad anymore. And
then the miracle of Zentangle happened again ... I suddenly liked
what I saw and now, after a night of sleep, it is still a tile I do
like! Never planned a monotangle, but that's what it became.
Thank you for visiting
my blog and I hope you leave me a comment. Work created by fellow
tanglers can be seen at 'I am the diva'.
Blessed Be!!!
