After
my time in Switzerland and the long weekend in the south of our
country, life is a bit more normal now. Well, normal for only 11
days, because then we will go for a long weekend near the Dutch
coast.
All
so nice to do, but also quite weary.
The
moment I saw the challenge of this week, I liked it. It's UMT and the
tangle is Dansk by Margaret Bremner. I did use this tangle a lot some
years ago, but had almost forgotten it now. Most of the time I use
Sand Swirl, by Karry Heun, in stead.
I
chose a colored tile (it is more pink and at the bottom yellow), started with Hollibaugh and filled most of the
open spaces with Dansk.
It
was a real zen time to do this tile.
Thank
you for visiting my blog; I hope you leave me a comment. Work
created by fellow tanglers can be seen at 'I am the diva'.
Blessed
Be!!!

Annemarie, that is a very lovely tile. I like how you fit Dansk in Hollibaugh.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWat een leuke tile! Het is goed te zien dat je Dansk vaker hebt getekend, mooi hoor!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWhat a lovely tile Annemarie. Your Dansk is lovely with the white centres.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenWe recently visited the Netherlands with our motorhome and stayed in Gouda for 3 nights where I attended a Zentangle masterclass. Then we stayed in Delft for a week, again such a lovely place. We used the tram and went to the beach. What a beautiful beach it was too - I wasn't expecting all that beauty.
How pretty with Hollibaugh as a string for Dansk. Love the pink and yellow combo too, Annemarie!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenJa dat vind ik nou ook, mooi om het in Hollybough te zetten.erg leuk effect en een prachtige kleur.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAmazing line work, excellent design - love it! 😍
BeantwoordenVerwijderenLovely! The pink is so playful.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenLove the flow and the colour makes it seem so happy!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenLike the white highlights. Nice way to fill in Hollibaugh and would be relaxing because of the repetitive strokes.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI love how you used Hollibaugh as the string for the Dansk!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAll pretty in pink. :)
I love the way you used these two tangles together - using Hollibaugh as the string was a stroke of genius. Your linework looks beautiful, you looked to have a very steady hand on this one. And I have to say that I especially love this one because pink is my all time favorite color. Very beautifully done!!
