It's all about the process

This week it's a duo-tangle: Marasu and Molygon. I do like the duo-tangle concept, but found these tangle a bit hard to combine.

I thought the best tile for this challenge was a 3Z and put Marasu in the center, but it turned out too much to the left. But, as Laura said in her post (and we all know): "It's about the process and not the result".
In the end I do like this tile (a bit).

Thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you leave me a comment. Work created by fellow tanglers can be seen at 'I am the diva'.

Blessed Be!!!

  3. Well I like it - a lot. That lovely fade through blue is gorgeous and the off centre motif is aymetry, so that must be arty and deliberate, right?

  4. It's lovely, Annemarie. I think the gorgeous shading of blue works so well that I never noticed that anything was 'off centre'! Axxx

  7. Sometimes things look better a bit askew. I think it looks grand, and I would never be noticed if it weren't pointed out. Pretty color too!

  9. Dat is nog eens een goed idee, een 3Zs tile. Erg leuk, effect, ook met die kleuren.Ondanks dat je het moeilijk te combineren vond(ik ook) is het goed gelukt.

  13. Soooo pretty! I adore how each corner of the triangle has a circlet of molygon shapes... almost as if they are gathering to mimic the shape of marasu. Lovely!

  14. I didn't notice it was off-center. I think it follow the color wash behind it, so you're not looking for the center. Lovely!
