A
monotangle: I like that, but ...... ohhhhhh it's Tripoli the tangle I
never use because I can't do it.
"Skip
the challenge this week", was my first thought when I read it.
But,
I knew right away that I couldn't do that, that I had to try once
more.
And
so I started and ..... no idea why, but I was (am) able to draw
Tripoli. YES, I did it!!!
I'm
sure I will use it more now and I'm soooo grateful to Laura for
making me step out of my comfort zone.
This tile is nothing very special, but for me: A
great start of the week!!!!!
Thank you for visiting
my blog and I hope you leave me a comment. Work created by fellow
tanglers can be seen at 'I am the diva'.
Blessed Be!!!

BeantwoordenVerwijderenI like your tile and all the variations of Tripoli. Keep playing with it and it will become a favourite tangle.
This is terrific and I'm happy you didn't skip the challenge! Tripoli is a challenge for me too, and I'm happy when I push through it (like in this challenge) and things work out… it's one of those tangles that makes me "embrace the imperfections". You've done beautiful line work here!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYours is really evenly done, Annemarie. I have no idea how something impossible becomes so easy to do. Lucky us!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenGood for you for giving it another try, and conquering it! Your tile is lovely!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenAlways feels good to break past walls!! :)
BeantwoordenVerwijderenYes you can! Tripoli is one of my favourites, - love your variations here. Axxx

BeantwoordenVerwijderenThree cheers! I'm so happy that you did it, tripoli is such a great tangle and your tile looks fabulous.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenLovely tile Anne! How great is that to overcome your pattern anxiety. I have the same problem with Tripoli. Well done!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI like your tile very much! I am just learning to tangle, and your results are inspiring.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenGood for you, Annemarie! I feel very much the same as you about Tripoli, but I did it, too! Cheryl
BeantwoordenVerwijderenIt's beautifully even, well done!

BeantwoordenVerwijderenVery good résult! As you, Gradually I discovered that Tangle with this challenge. I thought it was a very interesting tangle !
BeantwoordenVerwijderenMany of us seem to have made the breakthrough this week. I love the subtle color and variations on yours.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI am so glad that you didn't skip this week. Your Tripoli tangle is beautiful. And a big thank you for always being so kind. :) Have a wonderful week.
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI think it's lovely!
BeantwoordenVerwijderenI felt the same way about Tripoli at first, but now it's relaxing for me. So glad you stuck with and found that "anything is possible, one stroke at a time"!
